Spring Vacation = Railfanning

It all started due to Mother Nature's Rath. A trip to Railfan the Altoona, PA area had been planned by a group of Railfans from the southern half of Maine. The target date ended up being the date that Mother Nature decided to unleash buckets of water from above, and the trip was cancelled on account of driving conditions. As a result, Brad Conant had no where to railfan, except the local spots. I came into some time off, and called, asking if Brad had any places he wanted to go. The answer was a definate yes, and off we went.
