Guilford Rail System B&M 337 on lease to MM&A

On Wednesday, January 28th, 2004, Guilford train PONM (Rigby Yard in South Portland to Northern Maine Junction) departed Waterville with an extra locomotive for interchange with the MM&A.

Boston and Maine 337, painted in GRS Phase IIa paint scheme was interchanged with the MM&A at approximately 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. It was left near the Sandtower, and went into service that night on the nightly run from NMJ to Millinocket and return.
